O'Fallon council approves surplus sale, three $500 donations, TIF redevelopment and three ordinances; warrant approved

The O'Fallon City Council approved a slate of routine actions at its May 18 meeting.

Resolutions and donations
- Resolution 7.1: The council approved a resolution authorizing the direct sale of surplus city property to Kokia Heights Fire Department. The motion passed on roll call.
