Staff member flags ARPA accounting issue with treasurer's office; follow-up meeting planned

"I don't want to answer a whole lot of questions on the ARPA money right now because there are some issues between my office and the treasur's office on that and we're supposed to sit down and figure that out either this week or next," the staff member told the board.
