Pasadena Water and Power will host its second annual open house on Thursday, June 25, from 6 to 7:30 p.m. at the Jackie Robinson Community Center, 1020 North Fair Oaks Avenue, the utility announced.
Kelly O'Rourke of Pasadena Water and Power said the drop-in event will let customers “move through multiple theme stations to talk directly with PWP staff and learn about key topics, including understanding their PWP bill, current and upcoming rates, solar and battery storage incentives, infrastructure priorities, customer rebates, and how PWP ensures reliable water and energy services.” She added that light refreshments will be served and that General Manager David Reyes will be available to speak with attendees.
The open house is designed as a flexible, drop-in format so visitors can attend at their own pace. Residents who want more information or to RSVP can visit pwpweb.com/openhouse or call (626) 744-7311.
The event is billed as an opportunity for customers to ask questions about billing, upcoming rate changes and available incentives for solar and battery storage. PWP did not provide details in the announcement about specific rate adjustments or rebate amounts; those details will be available at the event and on the utility's website.
