Sherburne County mental health collaborative approves treasurer's report and removes inactive member

Elaine Klinker, fiscal officer for Sherburne County Health & Human Services, reported the collaborative's finances at the May 15 meeting: a beginning balance of $307,138, income of $1,675 and expenses of $9,159, leaving an ending balance of $299,653.77. The group voted to approve the Treasurer's Report.

Therese Butterfield, collaborative secretary, recommended removing Credent Care from the membership roster after limited attendance and unsuccessful attempts to reach the agency. The body agreed that Credent Care could be reinstated if the agency requests it in the future.

The collaborative also approved the meeting agenda and the March 20, 2026 meeting minutes after motions from members. No roll-call vote tallies were recorded in the minutes; each action is recorded as "motion carried." The group noted that administrative items were routine and that the Annual Report is complete and due May 31.

The collaborative's next gathering is the summer retreat on June 22, where members plan to discuss funding distribution and priorities.
