Council approves consent agenda including façade grant, development extension and condition assessments

The Lockport City Council adopted its consent agenda, approving routine minutes and bills as well as multiple resolutions.

Items approved included: regular city council minutes from May 6 and committee minutes from May 6; bills through May 12 and payroll through May 10; Resolution 26064 approving a façade grant for 1035 South State; Resolution 26065 approving a one‑year extension for the final development plan for a 23‑unit residential project in Victoria Crossings; Resolution 26063 acknowledging compliance with Illinois Department of Transportation rules for work in the state right‑of‑way; Resolution 26067 to accept a proposal for the 2026 sewer investigations program; and Resolution 26072 to accept a proposal from RGN Group for a Lehi Station condition assessment.

Council members moved and seconded the motion to adopt the consent agenda; a roll‑call vote recorded eight affirmative votes and the motion passed. No substantive debate occurred on these items during the meeting.
