The Franklin County Board of Supervisors approved a package of routine and contract items during its May 19 meeting, taking unanimous votes on a set of motions brought during the session.
Among the actions, the board approved a change order and an invoice for the GAR Memorial Hall roof replacement with All Iowa Roofing; approved a multi-year contract with Cost Advisory Services, Inc. for fiscal years 2026–2028; and approved a FY2027 lease agreement for the Community Resource Center with CICS. The board also approved a notice and tenant application form to advertise county-owned office space at the Community Resource Center in the Hampton Chronicle and renewed a tobacco license for Casey’s – Dows.
