Public Works pulls resolution of necessity for Nacimiento pipeline acquisition after property agreements executed

Public Works Director John Diodati reported on May 19 that the county reached agreement with affected property owners and that the acquisition documents required for the Nacimiento Water Project Pipeline Unit G repair project had been executed. Because those documents are complete, staff withdrew the previously agendized resolution of necessity; the board did not need to take action and no public comment was received on the item.

Supervisor comments thanked staff and county council for their collaborative work to resolve property interests and avoid a condemnation process.
