The Oklahoma County Special Policy and Governance meeting voted to close a $282,302.95 purchase order for the Port Clark social distancing project and reallocate the remaining ARPA project funds to a behavioral care center project, the chair said.
The chair opened the meeting, noted that all three districts were represented and that notice had been posted on 05/14/2026. Under agenda item 1 the board moved and seconded approval of the minutes from the May 12 meeting; members responded “Aye” and the motion carried.
On agenda item 2 the chair described the financial action: “This prod PO is no longer needed for the project, and all known overrun invoices have been paid.” The chair said the remaining ARPA funds tied to the Port Clark social distancing project would be reallocated to the behavioral care center ARPA project. A motion to approve the transfer was moved and seconded; members voted “Aye” and the motion carried.
The chair asked whether any citizens had signed up to participate; none were recorded. The chair then invited board comments from District 1 and District 3 but no substantive remarks were included in the transcript. The meeting concluded after a motion to adjourn was moved, seconded and approved.
The transcript records the formal actions and votes but does not name individual movers or seconders for the motions.
