Board of Adjustment denies variance for Prairie West Estates expansion, vote 4–2

The Board of Adjustment denied a variance request for the Prairie West Estates expansion, a mobile home park at 2260 Franklin Street, after deliberation and a 4–2 vote, Philip Gabatula said in a May 11 recap.
