Board postpones decision on Overland Street variance; applicant to file text amendment within three months

The Board of Adjustment postponed its decision on a variance for a property at 2444 Overland Street in the Courtell neighborhood to allow the applicant to pursue a zoning text amendment to authorize metal siding in residential areas, Philip Gabatula said in a May 11 recap.
