Tipton Utility Service Board approves $1.11 million in claims and clears charge‑offs

The Tipton Utility Service Board voted May 18 to approve the meeting minutes, pay claims totaling $1,109,177.35 and accept a set of small customer charge‑offs, board members said.

Staff later described ‘‘just a handful of charge offs,’’ saying the largest of the three appears to be a skip‑town case and the other two were very small.
