Vice Mayor Watson delivered an extended reflection on local service, saying he was "born and raised in Millville" and that it was an honor to serve. He described gaining a deeper appreciation for city operations during his term and highlighted priorities discussed during his remarks, including police staffing, having EMS in-house with the fire department and paving projects such as Fifth Street and Columbia Avenue.
