The Board of Works set an August 13, 2026, status hearing for 4747 Baltimore after the owner’s daughter, Stephanie Rivera, told the board that funding delays will likely postpone removal of a second-floor unit and garage work by three to four months.
Rivera said the owner is experiencing funding delays and that she would remain in contact with Inspector Castro to provide a list of outstanding items and coordinate next steps. "There is a delay in funding... realistically three to four months," Rivera said.
The board asked that the owner maintain communication with city staff and return for the August status date. The item remains on the board’s monitoring list because the building continues to present unresolved maintenance and removal work.
The board approved setting the next status date by voice vote and instructed staff to ensure the owner receives the required communications and list of outstanding items before the next hearing.
