Hunt County commissioners approve line-item transfers and adopt radio MOU for public-safety communications

Once back in open session Judge Stovall introduced Action Item 1, described in the record as a resolution "adopting an amended form of memorandum of understanding for participation in Hunt County Safety Nexus (HCSN) P25 encrypted radio system, authorizing the county judge to execute the amended memorandum of understanding with partner agencies, directing the preparation of a companion radio user confidentiality and acceptable use certificate, and establishing an effective date." A committee member moved the resolution, it was seconded, and the motion carried by voice vote.

With no further business the court voted to adjourn; Judge Stovall closed the meeting at 12:25.
