Bonneville County opened proposals on May 14, 2026, for RFP 26-01 seeking vendors to provide a computer-assisted mass appraisal (CAMA) and property tax collection system, the county announced at a public opening.
The county Clerk said the purpose of the session was to identify proposals received for the public record and that “no award decisions will be made today,” adding that proposals would be reviewed according to the criteria in the RFP. The Clerk said the RFP notice was posted on Bonneville County’s website on April 7 and April 14, 2026, and that the submission deadline was 4 p.m. Mountain Time on May 13, 2026.
County staff member Kyle read the submissions and said the county received proposals from Aumentum Technologies and Catalyst. Kyle also reported that the county received a FedEx from Tyler Technologies but that “Tyler Technologies has decided not to submit a proposal.” The opening did not include evaluation or scoring of proposals.
County staff and the evaluation team are expected to complete the review by May 18, 2026, and any recommendation for award is anticipated to be brought before the Board of County Commissioners on or about May 19, 2026. The Clerk told the opening that notice of selected vendors is expected at a June meeting of the Board at 9 a.m.; the transcript did not specify the exact June date.
The opening concluded after the submissions were recorded. The county’s procurement process and evaluation criteria, as set out in RFP 26-01, will determine any award; bidders and members of the public will be notified according to county procedures.
