St. Cloud school board approves agenda and consent items; personnel changes approved with chair recusal

The St. Cloud Public School District Board of Education approved the regular meeting and work session agenda and adopted the consent agenda covering items B through I, including monthly financial and treasurer reports for March 2026, several third‑reading policy items, and a facilities change order totaling $6,311.13.

Board member Scott Andre moved to approve the agenda; Natalie Copeland seconded. The motion to approve the meeting agenda carried by unanimous voice vote. When the consent agenda was presented as a single package, board members moved to approve items B–I (motion by Scott Andre; second by Natalie Copeland); the board recorded yes votes from all members present and adopted the items without debate.

Item A, approval of personnel/staff changes, was removed from the consent package for separate consideration. Chair Heather Williams recused herself from that vote. With a motion by Scott Andre and a second by Natalie Copeland, the board approved item A; roll call recorded affirmative votes from Diana Fenton, Scott Andre, Natalie Copeland, Shannon Hos, Zack Dorhalt and Gina Veto. The record shows Heather Williams abstained from participating in the vote due to her recusal.

The board then moved into its scheduled information items and work session.
