Commissioners approve routine document-management agreement and procurement plan revision; treasury investment income noted

Chair Barry read two items for approval: a document-management agreement with a private vendor (name recorded in the transcript as "modern author meth methods" for a copy release of the common pleas court) and a revised procurement plan for the Knox County Department of Job and Family Services.
