Greenwood panel approves $3,200 amendment to PSA to add veterans memorial grading

The Greenwood Redevelopment Commission voted May 12 to approve a $3,200 amendment to a professional services agreement with Member and Associates so that grading for a veterans memorial can be incorporated into the commission’s redevelopment work.

A staff presenter said the change was driven by the memorial work coming from a subcontractor and that tying the veterans memorial grading to the larger project was preferable to leaving it separate. “It is $3,200,” the presenter said when asked about the amount. The amendment was moved, seconded, and approved, with the transcript recording the outcome as an affirmative vote of five members.
