Board approves minutes, accounts payable and a handicap parking sign; cancels June 25 meeting

The chair called the meeting to order and the board approved the minutes after a motion and second. The finance item listed accounts payable for the board totaling $245,743.64; the board approved payment by voice vote.

Aaron Stevens, administrative resource officer with the Richmond Police Department, asked the board to approve a new handicap sign at 1016 Sheridan Street, saying he had inspected the site and recommended installation on behalf of the residents. The board approved the request by voice vote.

Monica Himmingway announced the board will not meet on June 25 because a quorum will not be present and asked members to submit items ahead of time for consideration at other meetings. No formal votes were recorded beyond voice approvals noted in the meeting record.
