Mover: Jacqueline Brown; second recorded from Ms. Williams. Outcome: motion passed 6–3; board members Ms. Jones, Ms. Musgrove and Dr. Hill were recorded as opposed in the transcript. Staff and the Auxiliary Services Committee were tasked with identifying safe, discrete space for the program and returning with implementation details at the board’s next meeting.
