Committee advances DE amendment to House File 1606 on nonconsensual sexual images; bill sent to Judiciary

Representative Hansen introduced House File 1606 and moved a DE amendment reflecting negotiated changes to definitions raised by stakeholders. Hansen said the amendment "reflects negotiation" with industry participants and invited questions from committee members.
