Board approves land-use consent calendar item 6a unanimously

The El Paso County Board of County Commissioners approved the land-use consent calendar item 6a by a roll-call vote of 4-0 at its May 14 land use meeting.

Vice Chair Nelson moved approval of item 6a and a second was recorded before the board called the roll. Commissioners voted in favor and the motion passed 4-0. No substantive debate or public testimony specific to the consent item was recorded during the motion.

The meeting then proceeded to general public comment on other land-use topics and closed without a request for executive session.

The board’s next scheduled meeting is Tuesday, May 19 at 09:00; staff encouraged anyone with specific land-use comments to submit written materials to plnweb@elpasoco.com or appear at a noticed public hearing.
