Casper resident urges council to require upstream detention after pond 27 was partially filled

Councilors thanked Driggers for repeatedly raising the issue, noted the city engineer had personally looked into the matter, and said staff would consider his recommendations in future stormwater mitigation planning and permitting. No new code change or formal direction to require the specific detention amount was recorded during the meeting.
