Superintendent details entry findings: strengths in academics and SEL, focus on systematizing communication and MTSS

He highlighted plans to use data and outside advisors (PFM) to refine financial planning and to provide regular progress reports to the board.

Board members praised the superintendent's engagement with the community and said they value the emphasis on transparency and actionable next steps. Dr. Hayes said progress monitoring and expanded stakeholder voice would be part of ongoing implementation.
