Commission approves temporary promotion of Chad Caposi to cover lieutenant vacancy

The Marriage System Commission voted on April 8, 2026, to temporarily promote Chad Caposi from the lieutenants eligibility list to fill an officer leadership gap while a lieutenant is out of duty.

A presenter explained the promotion was intended to save overtime costs and place leadership in the position to maintain daily operations.
