Impeachment committee schedules hearing for Judge Goodman on March 16

The impeachment committee returned to the record and announced that its next meeting will be a hearing on Judge Goodman at 9:00 a.m. on March 16, the committee chair said.

“The only thing we have to say ... our next meeting will be ... the hearing on Judge Goodman on March 16th at 9:00 a.m.,” the chair said, adding the committee did not anticipate calling a special meeting before that date.

The remarks were limited to scheduling and brief procedural notes. The chair opened the record, relayed the date and time for the forthcoming hearing, and closed the short session with thanks. No motions, votes or further agenda items were announced during the recorded remarks.
