Julianne Hirsch, chair of the Select Board, called the remotely held meeting to order at 5:41 p.m. and confirmed a quorum. The board voted to reopen the 2026 annual town meeting warrant to add updated zoning articles and a new Article 63 for town reports, then later voted to close and execute the warrant for posting and to execute the election warrant.
The motion to reopen the warrant was moved by Michael Teagan and seconded by a member identified as Mike; the roll-call vote was recorded as affirmative by John, Jacob, Mike and Chair Hirsch. After discussion about streamlining future meetings and whether to remove low-priority articles, the board voted to close the warrant and then voted to execute (sign and post) the annual town meeting and election warrants so they could be posted Monday morning.
The board confirmed that signature pages will be left in the town office (near Andrea’s desk) for the necessary members to sign before posting. Members were also reminded of a mock town meeting scheduled for April 13 at 6:00 p.m. at the senior center to review procedure and address resident questions ahead of the full town meeting.
The board adjourned by roll call at the meeting’s conclusion.
