Cobb County procurement officials opened and read vendor responses Thursday, April 9, 2026, for three solicitations affecting county transportation, water infrastructure and parks services. Cameron Eubler, senior procurement specialist in Cobb County Procurement Services, conducted the bid opening and read the names of responding firms.
Eubler said the first solicitation, ITB 26-6975 for traffic signal equipment, had been postponed from March 12, 2026, and that the county would read vendors only because the ITB uses multiple pricing. “My name is Cameron Eubler. I am senior procurement specialist here at Cobb County Procurement Services and we have three solicitations to be opened today,” he said.
Vendor responses read for ITB 26-6975 included 360 Network Solutions LLC; CDK Enterprises LLC; Control Technologies Inc.; General Traffic Equipment Corp.; ITS Plus Inc.; Temple Inc.; Traffic Signal LLC; and Utilicom Supply Associates.
The second solicitation, ITB 26-6979, covers the purchase of water and wastewater pipe valves and related material; Eubler said it also included multiple pricing. Firms listed as responders were Brighter Days and Nights Inc.; Consolidated Pipe and Supply Company Inc.; Core & Main; Delta Municipal Supply Company Inc.; and Ferguson Enterprises LLC.
The third solicitation, RFP 26-6981, is for food concession services at multiple parks and facilities and is scored on multiple quality factors. Responses read were from Hospitality Conci Concierge LLC; The Fat Kitchen; and Top Shelf Food and Beverage Management LLC.
Eubler told viewers that solicitations estimated to be in excess of $250,000 are posted on the county’s procurement web pages and that preliminary bid results and awards, once approved, are available through the OpenGov portal or the county website. The county’s procurement site was provided as www.cobbcounty.gov/procurementservices.
The next regularly scheduled bid opening was announced for Thursday, April 23, 2026. Eubler closed the session by thanking viewers.
