Board reappoints Bob to regional transportation committee; housing plan draft circulated and meeting adjourns

During other business the board addressed appointments and announcements. Staff said the annual appointment to the Montachusett Joint Transportation Committee is due and that Bob has been serving as the board's representative; a board member moved to have Bob continue as the representative, the motion was seconded and the vote passed with no recorded opposition.

Staff also said a draft Housing Production Plan guiding housing development for approximately the next five years had been delivered to staff about 50 minutes before the meeting. He asked members to expect the plan by email and plan to consider acceptance of that plan at the June 9 meeting.

The meeting concluded with a motion to adjourn that was seconded and approved.
