Board recommends approval of Plantation Bay Unit 10A PUD site development plan

The planning board recommended approval of a PUD site development plan for Plantation Bay Unit 10A, a roughly 47.4‑acre area proposed to contain 69 single‑family detached units (about 1.5 units per acre). Simone Kenny presented the plan, describing setbacks, minimum lot sizes (about 9,099 square feet), maximum height (three stories), and landscape layouts for 70‑ and 80‑foot lot widths. The application also includes a pump/lift station and roadway connections to existing Plantation Bay streets.

Engineer Jerry Finley, representing the applicant, introduced himself and said he had no substantive additions beyond staff’s presentation but was available to answer technical questions.
