- Additional appropriation: Developmental Services (County General fund #10001) — $600 for a zoning-administrator payment related to Butler; motion approved (mover: Bill Van Y; second: Amy Proer).
- Transfers approved:
• Superior Court 2 — $2,795 from legal reference (22410) to courtroom furniture (44410) for jury seating (mover: Bill Van Y; second: Rick Ring).
• Title 4D incentive fund (8897) — $2,500 from computer equipment to software maintenance for cloud storage setup; approved (mover: Bill Van Y; second: Amy Proer).
- Acceptance of reports: The council accepted the 2025 annual jail report and the first-quarter commissary report submitted by the sheriff (motions and seconds recorded; accepted by voice vote).
- Personnel action: Revised maintenance officer job description approved (motion by Bob Craft; second by Rick Ring). Wages were not set by this approval.
