Dolph elected chair as Northfield Development Review Board formalizes meeting schedule

The Charter Township Northfield Development Review Board on April 23 elected Dolph as chair and confirmed its regular meeting schedule.

A member nominated Dolph for chair and he accepted, saying, "I do accept it." The slate of officers was approved by voice vote. The board then discussed meeting timing and voted to continue meeting on the fourth Thursday of each month, with a plan to combine November and December meetings when holidays conflict (meeting on the first Thursday in December when needed).

The schedule change was moved and seconded; members said the fourth Thursday generally fits local calendars and that combining the late-year meetings reduces conflict with holidays. The board recorded no formal roll-call tally for the officers vote (approved by voice); the minutes vote later in the meeting was recorded separately.
