Fresno council approves four community facilities district items; roll-call votes unanimous

At its April 26 meeting the Fresno City Council voted unanimously on four Community Facilities District (CFD) items grouped in the morning agenda. Each public hearing opened with no in-chamber or Zoom public comment and concluded with a roll-call vote.

Project implementation and any subsequent infrastructure work will follow standard permitting and contracting processes, including public notices and coordination with affected departments.
