Beaufort County Council to hold informal 'Chat with Council' at St. Helena Branch Library

Chloe G said Beaufort County Council will host a "Chat with Council" event tonight, April 30, from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. at the St. Helena Branch Library, 6355 Jonathan Francis Senior Road on St. Helena Island. The broadcast described the meeting as informal: registration is not required, there will be a sign-up sheet for those who wish to speak, no minutes will be taken, the meeting will not be televised, and county staff will not be on premises.

Chloe G emphasized that, while all Council members may attend and a quorum is possible, Council members will not hold votes or conduct official business during the community chat.
