Board announces unanimous approval of $1.2 million lease termination with IRC

At the start of the open workshop the board reported it had reconvened from closed session and taken action on a real‑estate matter. President Hernandez Alexander said the board "met in close session relative to real estate property negotiations with respect to item C1" and that "the board by a vote of unanimous approved the lease termination with the IRC in the amount of $1.2 million." The chair said copies of the termination agreement would be available after both parties sign.
