940 Lawson monopine tower review paused while wetland delineation is scheduled

The Environmental Advisory Committee reviewed the 940 Lawson monopine wireless telecommunication tower proposal on April 29 and agreed to retain the application on the main table until a wetland delineation is completed.

Project status: the applicant proposes a 155‑foot monopine tower and is awaiting a wetland delineation; the project is currently tabled with the planning board. A representative online (Brenda) told the committee that the wetland delineation had not been scheduled yet but that improving weather should allow the field biology visit soon.

Why it matters: a wetland delineation will establish whether mapped wetlands exist on site and what mitigation (if any) or permitting steps are required before planning board action. The EAC did not take final action and asked the applicant to provide a delineation schedule to staff.

Ending: the EAC will keep the item on the main table until the applicant supplies the required wetland delineation and the planning board resumes consideration.
