East Hampton ZBA reopens one hearing, approves extensions and adjourns

After the public hearings the Zoning Board moved into a work session and took several procedural actions. The board voted unanimously to reopen the public hearing and record for an application at 48 Agnew Avenue (Brennan) to consider an alternative location for a gas tank and condenser; the board said it will re-notice and hold a public hearing on that item.

The board also approved extensions of time for older determinations, including Trippy (7 Brisbane Road) and Sokolow (91 Surfside Avenue), accepted draft minutes of the April 21 meeting, approved several written determinations and resolutions as recorded in the public minutes, and then moved to adjourn at 8:44 p.m.

These were procedural, noncontroversial votes intended to keep active files current and to provide the applicants a path to resolve remaining technical placement or permitting questions.
