Partnership updates voting members, approves past minutes and schedules strategic‑plan presentation

At the May 12 meeting, the Partnership approved administrative items including updated primary and alternate members, approval of prior meeting minutes, and scheduling for upcoming strategic‑plan presentations.

Mikayla Putty presented the current membership roster: Boylston primary – Anne Marie (with Kristen Gonzales named as an alternate to follow), Northborough primary – Isabella, Southborough primary – Chelsea, Westborough primary – Jen, and listed alternates by town. Jen Sullivan moved to accept the updated voting members; the motion was seconded and approved by roll call.

The Partnership also moved to approve the March 19 and April 27, 2026 meeting minutes; members approved both minutes by roll call.

On scheduling, members confirmed upcoming strategic‑plan work sessions (May 21 at noon and June 1 at 11 a.m.) and agreed to host HRIA’s final strategic‑plan presentation in late June (options June 22, 23 or 26), with a follow‑up board meeting tentatively set for June 11 at 10 a.m.

The meeting adjourned at 11:07 a.m. after a motion to adjourn and roll‑call assent from members.
