Mitchell County approves liquor license and cost-advisory services contract

The board approved consent items that included a liquor license for Sunnybury Golf Course and a contract with Cost Advisory Services.

On the liquor license item the board considered Item 7; a motion to approve the Sunnybury Golf Course liquor license was made and seconded and then called for a vote. The clerk recorded approvals during the roll-call sequence.

The board also reviewed and approved a contract with Cost Advisory Services, described as required work for audits and used by public health. A board member noted the company had provided a set of deliverables to the county for the current year and that the contract will enable compliance with audit requests. The board moved, seconded and approved the contract on the floor.
