On project procurement, Health/Environment reported awarding the White Oak Safe Neighborhood Demolition Project (CD50‑3113) to Minfield Demolition Services LLC for a base bid and Alternate No. 1 totaling $38,000; council authorized the borough manager and the Still Rivers COG executive director to execute contract documents. Engineering staff recommended the award during their report.
Finance actions included approval of the March check register (check ranges and totals read aloud) and authorization of interfund transfers for March totaling approximately $188,190 (detailed line items were read into the record).
