Committee approves agenda and minutes, adds financial report and adjourns

At the May 15 meeting, the Gratiot County Airport Advisory Committee handled routine procedural business and scheduling.

Kevin Beeson, a committee member, moved to approve the meeting agenda; George Bailey supported the motion and the committee approved it 7-0-0. George Bailey later moved to approve the April 17, 2024 minutes with support from Kevin Beeson; that motion also carried 7-0-0.

On new business, Kurt Giles moved and Kevin Beeson supported adding the financial report to the file; that motion carried 7-0-0 and the report was placed on file. The committee then discussed scheduling: the minutes state the June 19, 2024 meeting was cancelled because of a county/courts holiday and the next meeting was scheduled for June 26, 2024.

Jim Wheeler moved, supported by George Bailey, to adjourn at 2:50 p.m.; that motion carried 7-0-0.
