Committee approves several routine certificates and minutes; custom amendment added to one approval

At its May 11 meeting the Old Kings Highway Committee approved several routine Certificates of Appropriateness and administrative items.

The committee approved application 26‑A‑046 (build a shed at 16 Old Church Street — owners Kristin McDonald and Michael Anderson). The board approved application 26‑A‑047 (6‑foot privacy fence at 1 Hamblin Hill Road — owner James Gulich). Application 26‑A‑050 (replacement of three signs at 13 Willow Street) was approved as a lettering update only. The committee also approved application 26‑A‑051 to replace siding on the garage at 7 Clark Street as presented.

A larger renovation at 274 North Dennis Road (application 26‑A‑049) was approved as amended after the committee added a condition specifying a cable‑rail system for the deck.

The committee approved the minutes of the April 27 meeting and adjourned. No formal appeals were filed during the meeting; the chair reminded the public that a 10‑calendar‑day appeal period begins when decisions are filed with the town clerk.
