Administrative Appeals Board meeting canceled for lack of quorum, deputy city clerk says

The Administrative Appeals Board meeting scheduled for March 18, 2026, was canceled at 2 p.m. Wednesday because the board lacked a quorum, Deputy City Clerk Cassandra Edney said.

"Notice is hereby given that the administrative appeals board meeting held on March 18th, 2026 is canceled due to lack of quorum," Edney said, adding that the meeting is adjourned to 2 p.m. April 15, 2026.

Because the meeting was canceled at the outset, no agenda items were considered and there were no motions or votes. The clerk’s announcement served as the formal notice of cancellation and the meeting concluded shortly after the statement.

The board did not take any actions at the session, and the next regular meeting is scheduled for 2 p.m. on April 15, 2026.
