Middletown planning board unanimously extends Teresi Produce’s flower-truck permit for one year

The Middletown Planning Board on March 4 unanimously approved a one-year extension for Teresi Produce Company Inc. to continue operating a flower truck at 76–86 Doulson Avenue.

The board approved the extension after a motion moved by Mr. Madden and seconded by Mr. McCormack. The item passed on a roll call in which Mr. Madden, Mr. McCormack, Mr. Bruto, Miss Swit, Mr. Pri, Mr. Higgby and the chair each voted yes.

The chair prefaced the agenda by noting that first-time applicant appearances that evening would be treated as preliminary hearings and that the planning board may or may not act on such items; this Teresi extension was treated as a routine permit extension.
