Yorktown announces district art show, lacrosse memorial game and police–staff charity fundraiser

A staff member for the Yorktown Central School District used the April 6 announcements to share several community events: a district-wide student art show at Jefferson Valley Mall, the girls varsity and junior varsity Sherred and Gorman Memorial lacrosse games on April 8, and a charity fundraiser game between the Yorktown Police Department and district staff.

About the art show, the staff member said the opening ceremony would be held that evening and that "the artwork will be on display throughout the month of April.
