Commission denies NOI for single-family home at 121 Whitfield Street

The Fall River Conservation Commission voted on April 6 to deny a notice of intent for a single-family dwelling at 121 Whitfield Street (SE-24-847). The application, submitted on behalf of owner Hawkins and Whitfield LLC and filed by engineer Shawn Ainsworth, was tabled multiple times without the additional information the commission sought.

Staff told commissioners the applicant failed to address a lengthy list of review concerns and had not provided the requested revised plans. Commissioners said they would not continue to allow repeated postponements and moved to deny the filing; the roll-call vote recorded approval of the denial.
