Parks board recommends leasing Barnum Park building to CIC, acknowledges trust gift

During the April 6 meeting, the board considered an item of old business recommending that the building known as Barnum Park be leased to the Community Improvement Corporation (CIC) so CIC can manage future leases. The chair moved the recommendation to city council; the motion was seconded and the board approved the recommendation.
