Smyrna Beer Board approves minutes, sets May date and elects Jennifer Britain vice chair

The Town of Smyrna Beer Board at its April 6 meeting approved the February 2, 2026 regular meeting minutes, set the May meeting date and elected Jennifer Britain as vice chair.

A member moved to approve the February minutes; the motion was seconded and the board voted in favor. Later in the meeting the board discussed scheduling and corrected a calendar error; members agreed to set the May meeting for May 4, 2026.

When the board opened nominations for vice chair, a member nominated Jennifer Britain and a second was recorded. With no other nominations the board closed nominations and the chair called for those in favor; the voice vote selected Jennifer Britain as vice chair. Multiple members welcomed newly appointed board members Jesse Bobic and Eric Duchannon and encouraged them to review prior meeting materials.

The board subsequently moved, seconded and voted to adjourn.
