"Get software in place to better communicate with residents to keep track of issues coming into the city," the council member said, adding that they had looked at what Cleveland Heights and Beachwood are using and that those cities offer software packages that handle agendas, packets and meeting scheduling.

The member said the conversation would include options for resident outreach and that a poll seeking members' availability and preferences would be distributed: "Look for that poll in your inbox soon," the speaker said.
