Board approves special exception for second‑story addition at 276 Pine Avenue

Holland City’s Board of Appeals voted unanimously to grant a special exception for a second‑story addition at 276 Pine Avenue, application 26.02Z. Applicant Jillian Waggett told the board the proposed addition would be built on the existing foundation and would not change the single‑family use of the property.
